FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. How long will it take to receive my meteorite?
We deliver in 24 hours to all major United States and Western European cities. Delivery time in Europe outside the major urban centres will be 48 hours. Japan’s delivery time is 72 hours, and from 48 to 72 hours to the other major cities in Asia.

2. Which kind of credit card is available for payment?
We accept following types of credit cards; AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, PayPal, and bank wire.A bank wire can be used to pay for Meteorites.Tv purchases of $750 or more. Our company applies a 1.5% discount to your order when you use a bank wire. Please Note: Some financial institutions charge a fee for using a bank wire.

After you place an order and select bank wire as your method of payment, we will provide the necessary account information to successfully transfer funds from your account into a Meteorites.Tv account.

3. Bank wire accepted for payment?
We accept bank wire for payment.

4. Is there any custom tax I have to pay on receiving the meteorite?
Custom taxes are not levied in the USA and European Union. In respect to other areas of the world that require a custom duties payment this is the responsibility of the customer to pay these charges.

Customer Service / Return Policy:

Our company, Labenne meteorites on Meteorite-Mall.com, will accept the return of new undamaged merchandise that has not been special ordered, worn, sized or otherwise used, subject to the following limitations:

-For a full refund (shipping & handling charges* and 25% deposit for layaway merchandise are not refundable), merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase in original condition and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.

-All returned merchandise must show a Return For Inspection Number (RFI) clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please email us at info@meteorite-mall.com to obtain an RFI.

-Meteorites, jewelry and watches are visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. All jewelry and new watches returned for refund or exchange must be unblemished and must have the security tag still attached; otherwise the item(s) will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

-Please ship the merchandise prepaid and insured for the full purchase price against loss in transit via a trackable carrier, such as UPS or Federal Express.
