Customer Service / Return Policy

Our company, Labenne meteorites on meteorite-mall.com will accept the return of new undamaged merchandise that has not been special ordered, worn, sized or otherwise used, subject to the following limitations:

-For a full refund (shipping & handling charges* and 25% deposit for layaway merchandise are not refundable), merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase in original condition and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.

-All returned merchandise must show a Return For Inspection Number (RFI) clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please email us at info@meteorite-mall.com to obtain an RFI.

-Meteorites, jewelry and watches are visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. All jewelry and new watches returned for refund or exchange must be unblemished and must have the security tag still attached; otherwise the item(s) will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

-Please ship the merchandise prepaid and insured for the full purchase price against loss in transit via a trackable carrier, such as UPS or Federal Express.
